Vermont's new education law, Act 170, creates both opportunities and important decisions for school districts across the state. As enrollment declines and we navigate financial pressures, school facilities, and the long-term needs of our communities, the Barstow Unified Union School District is beginning an important conversation about the future of our school.
No decisions have been made about the future, and any potential merger would require voter approval. Right now, we want to hear from our communities.
